Many people in the world have business ideas but only a few of them turn their ideas into reality. Majority have the excuse of financial problems. Some also listen to other people's ideas and accomplish them.
It is true so many people wish to have their personal business but there are just too much limitations that bar them from making this dream come into reality.
If you ask 50 employed people if they would like to become their own bosses running their businesses, 75 percent of them will tell you a big yes. If you go ahead and ask them what is it that is barring them from starting their own business, the answer you will get is no money.
It is like many of us believe that for one to start a business, he/she need a lot of money. This is what is dragging us behind, if only we could know that we can actually start a business with the little we have, many of us would be running their personal businesses today.
One does not need to study hard about business in order to own a business. In fact, most of the employers and business owners never took time to study wider in that area. Many of them just have the basic education. What make it interesting is that these business men and women employ graduates that is beyond them in terms of education. The reason is to get the desired results and professional work. The only thing between this employer and the business owner is that one had job mentality and the other have business mind.
It is very nice to own a business at the same time it is stressful. You will have time for yourself to do other things as the employees work for you. This is not applicable to all, some business owners never have time for themselves, they are ever busy in their shop or office.
Take some survey and ask people who are underpaid or unemployed what they can do if they get like $10,000 (Ksh 1,000,000) or half of it today, the answer you will get is (I can start my business , go for further studies then the little that remain to improve my living standard.) Well take the same question to those who over paid, those who earn hundreds of thousands each month, Some will tell you that they can move to a luxurious house in a suburb.
The people who do not have a lot of money always think of business while those who have that much always think of spending it in things that does not even bring development. Majority of them never think of investment. Remember not all in both cases. I'm using the word most of them.
Finally, I would advice the people with business mind that do no discouraged to see there are so many people doing the kind of business you would like to do, everyone has his/her unique ways of doing thing, every business person has his/her own customers. Therefore, go ahead and start with what you have as you pray for God to bless you with what you want. You can also come together with other business minded people and start a general business where you will share the profits according to how you contributed towards the business or how you agreed.
